(October
25, 2005) Cimulus has signed a services contract with
Focus1 Data to provide custom technical and training services.
Under this agreement, Cimulus will work with Focus1 to review
and enhance its mission-critical data processing systems.
This work is part of a broader effort by Focus1 to expand
its capabilities and offerings for its clients in the collections
industry.

Signs Development Agreement with Kaiser Optical Systems
(September
20, 2005) Cimulus has entered into a software development
agreement with Kaiser Optical Systems, Inc., a Rockwell
Collins Company, to update an installation program for its
HoloGRAMS software package. The project includes the redevelopment
of an existing custom installation program to better manage
the latest version of the HoloGRAMS application, which has
recently been upgraded to the .NET framework.

Signs Product Development Agreement with Precisia
(August
23, 2005) Cimulus has signed a product development agreement
with Precisia LLC. Under the agreement, Cimulus will work
with Precisia to develop a new version of its on-press video
inspection system, used for performing QA analysis in real
time during the printing process. The new system will join
the existing suite of production and validation tools to
further enhance Precisia's quality assurance program for
their unique conductive-ink printing processes.

Signs Development Agreement with Nexroot LLC
(August
4, 2005) Cimulus has signed a software development agreement
with CAD translation service provider Nexroot, LLC. The
agreement will allow Cimulus to design and implement several
changes to Nexroot's proprietary translation system as part
of the company's upcoming Version 3.0 release.

and ICT Invited to Demonstrate RFID Technology in Multi-Agency
Exercise
(August
2, 2005) Cimulus and Incident Command Technologies have
been invited to participate in a multi-agency crisis response
exercise to be held in late September 2005. This exercise
is part of a full-scale event occurring throughout Macomb
County, focusing on disaster preparedness. Cimulus and ICT
will demonstrate the technology at one of five participating
Macomb County high schools.

and ICT will perform a live demonstration of a new on-scene
tracking system built on Cimulus' OnSite™
(formerly DataCenter) platform. The application, which will
use RFID tags and mobile readers to track equipment and
personnel in real time, is targeted toward giving Incident
Commanders (scene supervisors) the critical information
they need to make life-safety decisions in chaotic and highly
variable environments.

(July
28, 2005) Cimulus has signed an IT services agreement
with Superior Motor Freight, Inc., a provider of scheduled
and on-demand motor freight services. This agreement will
allow Cimulus to provide a range of custom technical and
training services, focusing around an internal effort by
SMF to upgrade the company's custom business management
systems.

Americas to provide technical design services in support
of a multi-stage update to its TeC Web site. The overall
project includes the adaptation of a web services architecture
to the site, which will facilitate the sharing and management
of engineering information between NSK's sites worldwide.

Awarded EPA MOVES Computer Model Development Contract
(February
7, 2005) Cimulus has been awarded contract MOVES Computer
Model Development (PR-CI-04-11112) by the US EPA. The contract
will allow Cimulus to provide technical software development
support for EPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality
(OTAQ) current series of air emission estimation models.
Precisia
to Install Cimulus' OnSite™
for RFID Inventory Tracking
(January
3, 2005) Precisia, a subsidiary of Flint Ink Corporation,
has agreed to license and install Cimulus' shop-floor data
collection and management application OnSite™
(formerly DataCenter). The system will use RFID labels to
automatically identify and track high-value materials used
in Precisia's unique printing processes, recording movement
and usage against jobs for reporting and inventory management.
The system will be installed at Precisia's printing and
R&D facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
