Dennis Carmichael, President and co-founder of Cimulus, earned
a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor
in Coherent Optics from Kettering
University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management
Institute).
His
professional experience includes a strong background in digital
electronics, embedded systems and laser optics. Previously
he worked as a product and research engineer at LaserMedia
of Los Angeles, CA, where he developed laser lighting systems
for concerts, special events, and public attractions. After
moving to Michigan, he worked as a project manager for SupplyTech
(now Harbinger Corporation) before leaving to start Cimulus.
